For stock based in our Warehouse in Yerevan we are able to offer local customers a same day courier service.

Deliveries with ONEX
All standard deliveries to Armenia are handled by our local delivery partner ONEX.
In order to dispatch your item(s) to you you are required to have an ONEX ARM account number. You can register your ARM number in the checkout or in your customer account profile.
If you do not have an ONEX number you can register for one on the ONEX Website by clicking Onex
* To avoid complications with our payment gateway system please provide us with your delivery address and billing in Armenia NOT the local ONEX warehouse address.
Duties & Taxes
As a Footwear Brand that operates globally we ensure that the correct duties and taxes are applied and paid for on behalf of our customers.
On all orders under the value of 200 EUR the GST rate that is applied is 10% of your order value. This is inclusive within the price of the item and is reflected within the Taxes and Duties summary within the checkout.
Transit Times
We are able to ship to ship to Armenia using both DHL Express and ONEX Courier Services. For our standard delivery services we use ONEX which takes between 7-14 Working Days to arrive with customers in Armenia
If you require an Express Delivery, this is possible by selecting the Express delivery service within the checkout. Taking an average of 3 Working Days, we exclusively use DHL which brings with it a wide range of guaranteed benefits including a moneyback for the price paid on shipping offer if your item(s) where not delivered on time*.
Weekend Deliveries
It is currently not possible to offer a weekend delivery, however this is something that we are working closely with our couriers to achieve.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday To Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays will be dispatched on the same working day. Where as we do our upmost to fulfil orders made after the cut off time, any orders received after this point will be dispatched on the next possible working day.
Tracking Your Order
When your order has been dispatched you will receive an Email or SMS notification with your tracking number on it. You can check your order's progress by clicking the link within the notification, by going to tracking pages upon the couriers website. and entering your tracking number or by downloading the Shop App for iPhone or Android.
You are also able to check the status of your order through the "Orders" section of your account page or by getting in contact with a member of our customer services team.
